Hypnotherapy is a relaxing & natural method for accessing our subconscious level of thought. By accessing your subconscious levels, we are able to address the deep-seated programs that cause us to continue in destructive or limiting cycles. For example, have you ever wondered why you continually find yourself in the same situations, resulting in the same outcomes? Somewhere within your subconscious mind, there is a “program” or pattern that creates a kind of knee-jerk reaction to similar situations. Hence, you find yourself repeating the same behavior & actions over & over. With our conscious mind constantly feeding us information, it is hard for us to realize how much our subconscious mind plays a role in what we do or how we react to situations. In fact, our subconscious mind plays far more of a role in our lives than our conscious mind. With hypnosis the conscious mind is relaxed and quieted so that you can access your subconscious mind & identify your programs & correct those that are no longer beneficial to you. You can also create new programs or patterns that do benefit you. As a hypnotherapist, my job is to guide you through these deeper levels of your consciousness & assist you in making the changes that will most benefit you. My role is basically to be a guide, helping you unlock the answers that already lie within you.
